The company will arrange for the delivery of any product purchased by you on the website to the address in Israel, which you entered when submitting your offer, within the time specified on the product’s sales page, unless otherwise stated on the website.
The company will work to deliver the products in accordance with the delivery conditions stated on the sales page. and undertakes to provide only a product that has been paid in full by credit card. In the areas with restricted access from a security point of view, the company may place the products for customers in an acceptable nearby place, which will be coordinated with them in advance. Know: The company makes efforts to deliver products on time to areas with restricted access from a security point of view, however in the aforementioned areas there may be a delay of up to 14 days in the delivery date specified on the sales page for the product, and such a delay will not be considered as any delay in the delivery of the product
The shipping fees listed on the website do not include exceptional transportation. Abnormal transportation means transportation to high floors without the possibility of transportation using an elevator and/or transportation that requires additional manpower and/or special means. In the case of abnormal transportation as mentioned, the company will be entitled to inform the customer that he must arrange the transportation and alternatively charge an additional fee for abnormal transportation. The product delivery times as indicated on the sales page only include the calculation of business days. (Sundays to Thursdays, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays). When delivering the product, the company may require the presence of the credit card holder when delivering the product, and/or the presentation of the credit card holder’s identity card and/or the credit card holder’s signature on a voucher as a condition for delivering the product.
In the case of supplying a product that requires registration according to any law, the registration will be carried out in the name of the customer who registered for sale and in accordance with the details as provided by him when registering on the website. In the event that the customer agreed to self-collection and transportation, it will be his sole responsibility for any damage caused by both transportation and assembly, including what is stated in section 7.6 below, and he hereby releases the membere from any responsibility for this.
