Returns and exchanges policy
Replacing a product for any reason –
The customer can exchange the product only once without adding additional shipping fees.
The second exchange and beyond will have a shipping cost of $19.90
* The exchange will be carried out subject to the store regulations and on the condition that the customer requests the exchange of the product within a period of 14 business days from the date of delivery. Use a product that the customer returns and it does not arrive in its original packaging, the customer will be charged for the item.
* It is not possible to return underwear, socks, and swimwear in accordance with the law of the Ministry of Health.
A product that arrived faulty/damaged –
The customer has the option of exchanging the product without adding additional shipping fees. Alternatively, the customer can receive a full credit for the specific transaction and return the product.
* This section will apply subject to the website regulations and provided that the customer has informed our customer service about this within 14 days of the product’s arrival. The credit will be made only after the product has arrived back at the warehouse and we have checked that the product has not been used in any way and that the product is in its original packaging only.

This means that the shipping prices will change in the above sections according to the shipping prices of each of the fitness devices.
